What is the difference between delivery date and delivery time?

Delivery date is when the delivery leaves us.

Delivery time is the time it takes for the package to travel from us to you or to the delivery point.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery within 1–3 working days.

These delivery times are guaranteed by the carriers and should be met. If there is a delay:

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes and no.

It depends on if the package has been sent or not. 

  • If misuse is suspected, we have the right to stop the delivery and cancel the order. All legal violations will be reported to the police.
